Overview
Daily training sessions within the different lines of service within RMS, meetings with people within RMS of all roles, programme-wide informational calls
Skills
- Have understood what the work of each division within RMS is better - Have developed on my communication skills, especially virtually - Very good insight into the culture of PwC
Business Insight
Very motivational and empowering, as everything was explained clearly and to an appropriate level for me to get immersed into it rather than get confused. Everyone was really encouraging about all the roles I could potentially get involved with later on.
Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly, despite how senior they were, which made the atmosphere very light and inviting. Got a good insight into the people's networks, which was valuable in understanding how important culture and bringing your best self to work is to the firm
