  • I have had the chance to work with some of the nicest people, and in terms of learning it has been a great experience

  • I felt very welcome when starting, and people are very helpful

  • Managers are available to support and help.

  • There are periods when I'm very busy and periods when it's a little more quite.

  • I've been given lots of responsibilities from the outset.

  • Monthly meetings as well as informal gatherings
