Yes, lots. I was given a variety of tasks and the autonomy to manage my own tasks and make decisions. It has been a highly valuable and rewarding experience.
Lots- I always knew who in the team I could reach out to for different areas of my role and was offered support either to problem to solve or to help me problem solve myself- I was encouraged in the help I was given and supported to learn myself and from others when appropriate.
Really positive- it was a very interesting time to complete a placement because COVID-19 meant the placement was entirely virtual. Trust between interns and the team was built and it has created an even more positive and trusting culture, and the work-life balance and flexibility is very good.
Hugely so- I am so grateful for my experience and would definitely be interested in future opportunities at Intel.
