I support one of our technology sales teams in activities that support their sales cycles. From prospecting to closing I assist both the account executives whilst reporting to their manager as well in order to see both management level and sales level experience
I have developed an incredible amount of soft skills working in sales as it is a customer facing job role. I also have developed many analytical and research skills, all of which I can transfer to any job role in the future
Yes, I was pivotal in the efficient running of my sales team as I was responsible for all the reporting and hygiene of our department that made sure my manager could clearly articulate the departments performance to higher management
I was supported where I asked for help but also was allowed to look after my own responsibilities
Difficult to tell due to covid however it was clearly a great place to work as everyone I spoke to was very happy with the company culture and recommended I try to stay on
Covid very much limited my experience but given the unprecidented circumstances, SAP was incredible at ensuring I still enjoyed my experience

Make sure to research what SAP does as a company as its very niece in terms of business experience. Also, every intern role is different so ask as many questions to the current intern as possible during the interview/assessment centre process
