Overview
A 2 day online experience with sessions ranging from self evaluation and reflection, to teaching a mini lesson, to learning about the opportunities at Teach First and finding out about partner charities and volunteer work. We did discussions about problems in education in the UK today and how we can make an impact on young peoples lives.
Skills
I improved my interaction skills, networking on zoom as well as leadership skills and debating when working as a team to debate different ideas.
Business Insight
It was really exciting to learn about the opportunities available and I am excited to apply for the scheme on the future.
Culture
It was very professional and also welcoming and encouraging.
