Overview
My main role was to help my two managers with different projects across HR. Such as writing articles, checking blogs and trying to set up new connections.
Skills
I have learnt a lot of new skills. I have learnt how to conduct myself in a professional work environment, how to handle meetings. How to use LinkedIn. How to improve my customer service and lots of more new skills.
Responsibilities
My managers placed a lot of trust in me and let me do my own thing a lot of the time.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support. My managers were great in always being there to help me if I got stuck.
Culture
There is a great general atmosphere, everyone is on board with the same goals and supports each other.
