Overview
Involvement in real client work as a trainee might be involved in at the firm. A series of talks to give insight to different parts of the firm, such as departments, I&D and innovation.
Skills
Developed written and spoken communication, attention to detail and time management.
Business Insight
The two week scheme provided excellent insight to what being a lawyer at BCLP would be like.
Culture
The culture was incredibly inclusive, friendly and motivating. The atmosphere is friendly but hardworking. The flat hierarchy is fantastic for speaking with a diverse range of people.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight. I felt incredibly welcomed and encouraged throughout the two weeks. It was a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into such a reputable and ambitious law firm.
Yes
Make sure to understand the law firm and talk to as many people as possible for insight. As an incredibly ambitious firm, it's important to have an understanding of their goals and strategy.
