Insightful. There was an in depth discussions on the relationship between the different areas of the business.
Culture
Gateley clearly value their employees as individuals, allowing them to express themselves in ways that I have not seen before in the legal industry. Where as other firms seem to make token gestures with regards to work life balance, there is a clear drive by the firm to ensure everyone is appreciated.

It was an enjoyable experience. They most certainly did the best they could given that the scheme was virtual.

Be yourself. Unlike other companies in the legal industry, Gateley value you as an individual. There really is no standard type of Gateley Lawyer.
