Overview
It was mostly speakers and presentations, as well as some fun networking. It was interactive and we got lots of opportunities to ask questions.
Skills
Yes, I've learnt how to interact with people online who I have never met in a formal setting. I also learned how the business behind law firms works, and how to be able to differentiate between the different law firms. I also learned some valuable insights about the different sectors within DLA Piper, and how they work.
Business Insight
It was really interesting, insightful, and fun! Anybody you speak to is really friendly, and they thoroughly explain all the process and don't leave you waiting too long until you find out your outcome.
Culture
Very friendly, there was not a single person I met that I did not like, or had too serious of a personality. Everyone seems to really like each other and the work they do genuinely.

Be yourself, and be genuine. If you fit into the culture, and you are good at what you do, it will go smoothly and you will feel like you are a genuine fit.
