Culture

5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Really good considering COVID. Now we are coming out of lockdown and restrictions are easing there has been lots of stuff going on. Casually, just drinks after work etc. Then also more events that I have helped organize in my spare time. The average age is very low, and the performance of the staff is high which adds a buzz to the workplace and makes its dynamic and fun. A strong golf loving community!

Yes

8. What advice would you give to others applying to FDM Group

Be yourself! Individuality is really valued at FDM. If you make it through to the Assessment Centre give truthful answers and not 'what you think the interviewer wants to hear.' They are casual interviews and you shouldn't be stressed that you're going to be overly interrogated.
