    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • At times it was very stressful and the hours were very long. However, it was very rewarding.

    • I got on with all my colleagues really well which made work very enjoyable.

    • I felt very supported despite how busy my managers/supervisors were on a daily basis.

    • I was very busy on a daily basis, and given a lot of responsibility. I would say at times I was overfaced with the amount of work I had to do in a tight deadline. But I thrived off the pressure.

    • I was given an incredible amount of responsibility. Although thise was overwhelming at times, it was also very rewarding.

    • I believe the skills I've learnt at Accenture to be invaluable.

    • We were able to attend many fun events and everyone was very friendly.

    • It was organised well

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • I was unable to complete a Masterskills programme which was offered to me as I felt my project were not keen to give me the time away from my work to complete this.

    • It was very social.
