Overview
My role requires me to work with TWDC and Nat Geo to bring synergies and leverage both brands. Moreover, one of our key tasks is to bring the Nat Geo brand to life as part of TWDC, and hence we need to bring awarness of it (internally and externally).
Skills
Yes, I have defitinitely learned numerous skills and developed existing ones. I am now more organised, better at writing emails and communicating, more disciplined... but I have also learned skills like creating newsletters, creating and analysing campaign reports etc.
Responsibilities
Yes, with time I have been given mpre responsability during my placement. During the first months I felt I wanted more responsability and I am happy now because I have a lot of responsability and it allows me to prove my colleagues that I am capable of managing it.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support and guidence from my line manager. She was always trying to help and we had daily catch-ups during the first months which were super helpful
Culture
The company culture is great. It is competitive but also friendly, and everyone tries to help and work beyond what's required in the job description
