Overview
This spring week involved attending divisional talks, trading and coding simulations, Q&A sessions with Citi graduates, an escape room game, and the last 2 days were solely focused on talks/sessions from the division you chose

Learned about what it takes to be a good market maker and investor Developed soft skills like networking Gained a deeper understanding of the work culture
Business Insight
This spring week was fantastic for getting a deep insight into each business division and helped me understand which one I would be best suited for.
Culture
Very focused on equality and diversity and the promotion of both of these in the workplace. The employees were very transparent and friendly individuals who clearly have a passion for their roles.
Your Impressions
Despite the online format, it was an absolutely fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone who may have even the slightest interest in Finance, you never know what you will learn about yourself!
