Overview
The insight involved talks from several employees and other keynote speakers, as well as team exercises and opportunities to get to know more about the work that bp does. The typical day involved a few talks/presentation, a teamwork exercise, and a networking session.
Skills
I learnt some team-working skills and was able to develop this skill on a microsoft teams platform.
Business Insight
It was very informative and presented in an understandable way. It helped me a lot in terms of getting to know the industry and whether bp would be a good fit for my career.
Culture
I did not get the chance to experience the company culture as the insight was held digitally, but the general atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming.

I enjoyed the insight to a great extent. It answered many of my questions and was also very enjoyable to attend.

I would recommend reading up on bp and its values, as well as knowing the industries that they work in.
