    • The spring insight involved 3 days which consisted of 1 day to learn more about the FCA , an assessment centre and some employability sessions at the end

    • I really enjoyed getting to meet people within the FCA however the program seemed disorganised as we didn't get insight into the various areas in the FCA and what they actually do
