Overview
Day 1: listened to talks by panellists and heads of different divisions in EMEA Day 2: listened to talks by panellists and heads of different divisions in EMEA, ReTrader Simulation with Amplify Day 3: IPO Simulation with Amplify, deep dive listening sessions with divisions within BCMA Day 4: Deep dive listening sessions with divisions within BCMA Day 5: Case study, where we listened to the team that took part in a deal. Assessment Centre
Skills
Learnt more about life at Citi, and the kind of work done in all the divisions. Learnt about IPOs a bit more
Business Insight
Very insightful to learn about the business and the jobs within the divisions. Did not get the chance to ask my questions to panellists, so had to e-mail them outside hours.
Culture
From the company standpoint, they were very respectful of each other, and the culture was consistent with people from different divisions and roles. General atmosphere: felt competitive at times, and some other interns seemed to get more chances to ask their questions than others.
Your Impressions
Enjoyed that I could hear from various people in various divisions. Did not get the chance to network with my peers, and did not get the same amount of opportunities as other interns to ask my questions. Overall, a good experience

Be yourself. Don't stress too much. In the interviews when applying, be confident.
