Overview
There were multiple Networking sessions, Talks from the senior members and other divisions of the Goldman Sachs family and Workshops throughout the programme. We were supposed to work in teams on a Technical project, which further helped us hone our skills and understand the industrial application of our classroom knowledge.
Skills
Yes. Python for data analysis and basic financial knowledge. Also gathered a few Soft skills.
Business Insight
Could get a very clear idea of how the different divisions were placed and worked towards specific projects. It was very helpful to understand which particular role would fit me the best.
Culture
Everyone was very helpful and solved our doubts whenever we had them. It was very encouraging to see senior members take out time for us young interns.
