    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

    • First day was a welcoming and introduction day and prep for the assessment centre on day 2. Second day was the assessment centre that lasted for 4 hours it included a written assessment, interview and presentation. Third and final day was rounding up, general feedback on tasks, panel and next steps.

    Business Insight

  • 3. What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

    • It was amazing not to only understand the way the business is there to protect others and that there is a role regardless of your degree choice, but to also know that it is prominent in women and women of colour.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • The company culture was diverse and inclusive as well as modern/relevant in order to connect with the somewhat younger students. They have a great sense of humour especially Mariam, Abigail and Baljeet but they do not let it cloud their professionalism.

    Your Impressions

  • 5. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really did enjoy it. It was different to me and extremely enjoyable. I had a few moments of feeling overwhelmed but they helped me build my confidence against this.
