There were many speakers from both senior and junior levels who shared their experiences with us. We learnt about different divisions and teams within the company.
There was a Fitch Learning course where we learnt about the basic knowledge and process of their work in the M&A, Debt/Equity Advisory and Wealth Management Divisions.
They provided insights that you would not be able to obtain from their official websites, including knowledge on their culture, day-to-day tasks.
Everyone was very friendly and engaging, and it seemed like they were very excited to be in their positions. We could really feel the employees' passion towards their jobs when they were explaining their work to us.
Although it is quite a shame that it was held online, I still felt like the recruitment team has done the best they could by preparing interactive games and networking sessions for us to bond with both employees and other Spring Insight participants.
Just be yourself! People at Rothschild are genuinely very nice and open to any questions. Be curious and enjoy your time during the program.
