Overview
The insight consisted of presentations from the Equity Research, Multi-Asset and Fixed Income team followed by daily case study workshops that required us to do group presentations. The presentations were followed by Q&A from Fidelity employees which also gave us feedback. There were also opportunities to network, as well as presentation from employee networks and sustainability at Fidelity.
Skills
I have learned a great deal about the asset management industry and have thoroughly understood the daily work of a graduate analyst through the case study workshops. I was able to improve my teamworking and communication skills in a casual and friendly environment, which I consider a unique opportunity given that the exercises simulate an assessment centre.
Business Insight
I found the presentations very insightful and detailed without making me feel out of my depth. The content was appropriate for me as I knew almost nothing about the industry, so grasping the concepts through presentations and then putting them into practice through the case study presentations was very enjoyable.
Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly and open to questions which really made the culture of the company shine through. The people were very knowledgeable, but approachable.

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight, I learned a lot about the industry and the company in a very interactive manner and I have cemented my interest in Fidelity.
