Overview
We had interactive sessions with seniors and analyst within each division.
Skills
Definitely gained an insight about the Bank's business and divisons.
Business Insight
it is important to learn how all divisions work. By speaking to analysts, you could have an insight about what you can probably become in the future.
Culture
It was great. They made me want to work alongside them. They have a great culture focused on the employees and the clients. A Great environment to unleash my full potential.
Your Impressions
When we had different presentations, after each slide they would ask us to intervene and ask questions. This is what made the difference, i didn't feel left behind and this allowed me to stay focused all along.

It is a great bank with a strong culture. It is a place where you can learn alot. You will always have the support of the others in order to thrive.
