    • I was tasked with analysing a potential M&A transaction, whereby I had to conduct the following tasks: - Commercial Awareness Research - Due Diligence - Drafting Share Sale & Purchase agreement - Advising a Client I enjoyed this activity in particular as it was both challenging and intellectually stimulating.

    • It was enjoyable to learn more about the business and potential roles available, as I am interested in pursuing a career in commercial law. Moreover, it was interesting to gain a deeper insight into the kinds of transactions that the firm works on.

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • It was great! Although the programme was carried out remotely, the graduate recruitment team ensured that all the sessions were thoroughly fun and engaging. Moreover, everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
