Overview
3 days of insightful talks, with an overview of the organisation, culture and departments. The sessions were exciting, and it felt very personal as it was a small group of 8 members. There were 1 group project and an individual task on the final day.
Skills
Definitely! An amazing training on customer service was provided, with a lot of information. It was also very interactive, as we had the opportunity to share our knowledge on the discussed topic. There was also training about business etiquette and how to deal with an irate customer and some functionalities of the Bloomberg Terminal and its hardware.
Business Insight
It was fascinating. Bloomberg is an amazing diverse organisation with an open culture that really seeks to develop its employees, providing different opportunities and training.
Culture
Everyone was amiable and willing to answer all the questions the participants had. The organisation has an open culture. Everyone also made sure to let us know that we could reach them out for further questions.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it! It was very well organised and structured. I most enjoyed the fact that it was a small group, and we had the opportunity to really network and get to know each other better.
