Overview
Managing a billed tracker, containing the forecast, actuals and month-to-month movement of the milestones. I was also preparing reports, which were compared with the targets for the business.
Skills
Absolutely - communication, analytical, Excel, team-working, organisational skills and many more!
Responsibilities
I was given enough responsibility - not too much, so it is not overwhelming, but at the same time enough to challenge me. The balance was perfect
Support & Guidance
A lot more than expected - different type and level from support from my manager, the team, the intern cohort and the HR managers
Culture
It was very friendly, respecting, welcoming and nurturing. Microsoft is really empowering every employee and caring about the wellbeing of the team - these are key characteristics of the culture.
Your Impressions
To a very high extend and this is why I will apply for the graduate opportunities - it was a pleasure for me to be a part of the Microsoft team

To be themselves, when applying and to be eager to learn. It is okay if you don't know something, as long as you have the desire to learn and ask a lot of questions!
