Overview
Each day consisted of video calls ran by different members of the firm, varying from panels, Q&A sessions and presentations.
Skills
I gained skills and insights into networking and what is expected from a student when networking.
Business Insight
It was an enjoyable and insightful experience. It was varied information from the trainees tosenior partners.
Culture
The culture seemed to be somewhere that was accepting of people from all backgrounds. The firm seemed to care about its members on a more personal level than others do. There are lots of diversity initiatives, focusing more on the members as an individual.
Your Impressions
It was an enjoyable insight, despite being online it still felt personal and as though we were involved. It exceeded my expectations of a virtual insight programme.
