Overview
The insight included talks from various departments in Savill's giving insight into what they do and how they operate. We had Q&A sessions with current graduates as well as directors, and we also worked on a group presentation.
Skills
I have definitely developed my group coordination skills through the group work and it has been useful to increase my knowledge of the property sector.
Business Insight
It gave me extremely valuable insight into the sector and covered a wide range of divisions which I had not appreciated before the programme.
Culture
Very positive and friendly, all very helpful in answering our questions and giving alot of attention to each of our questions and give their own thoughts. The company culture felt very driven to deliver the best quality for their clients and that came across throughout the insight week.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight alot, very informative, it is obviously unfortunate that it could not be in person but I think they did the absolute best they could with the situation which is great.

Do your research into Savills, think about what areas interest you and try and put some thought into showing your personality through your application and demonstrate why your interested in the sector through your previous experiences.
