Overview
Each day featured presentations of different sectors and roles within the business, whilst also providing a great amount of time at the conclusion of presentations to ask questions and network with current full-time employees as well as graduates.
Skills
The Savills insight week has enabled me to further enhance my networking, teamwork, and presentation skills.
Business Insight
The presenters provided a great deal of information as to what day-to-day work is like in their respective roles, while also sharing their individual journeys as to how they entered into Savills which highlighted the vast roles available and the different routes that could be taken to enter into each sector of the business.
Culture
From the insight program, it was clear that Savills is all about inclusion and wanting to help wherever possible. The presenters during the program made clear that Savills offers a friendly and very enjoyable environment to work in.
Your Impressions
The insight program was a very enjoyable 3-days, even whilst being on Zoom, the presenters took a great deal of effort into ensuring that we could gain as much information and networking opportunities as possible. Would highly recommend the program to anyone considering it in the future!

Definitely apply! The insight program requires a quick application to be filled out and if successful in your application, you will receive a great deal of knowledge a networking opportunities whilst also meeting some great people!
