    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • There was a variety of interesting talks about various topics throughout computer science, and more general career talks. Additionally, there was a set of three interesting challenges that we had free time to complete. One involved some string parsing (with potential extension into CSV parsing and web servers), one involved writing SQL statements, and one involved writing automated tests for Java.
