    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • I particularly impressed by the company culture as it truly seems to be all about engagement and teamwork. The nice thing was that I did not get this impression through only one talk where it was particularly stated, rather this is my overall impression after talking to 10+ representatives who independently have a very similar and positive image of the company's working culture.

  • 8. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to J.P. Morgan
  • I can only recommend to try and differentiate yourself as good as possible on your CV as this is the only thing they look at for the insight. It is less about your experiences in finance and more about how you as a person and what you have done so far/ what you are doing is particularly compelling.
