Overview
Day one is about introduction to banking and the culture of the company. Day two is about personal branding and networking sessions with employees in the company.
Skills
I have learnt different job roles in the banking division and what they do on a daily basis. I have also learnt soft skills such as building your personal brand and networking skills with bankers.
Business Insight
I think the insight day was full of excitement and it motivated me to pursuit a job in banking with better understanding of the jobs and the company in general. People I have talked to are inspiring and friendly.
Culture
People, regardless of their job titles, are super approachable and friendly. They have great insights and experiences to share with us and I was really inspired and motivated by talking to them. And I think I gained a better understanding of their jobs and this has reassured me that I want to pursue a job in banking.
