The Role
It was very good and adapted well to the restrictions of Covid-19. From the daily deliverables expected to the project work provided I learnt a lot and was able to gain a great understanding of both the company and the role.
Everybody was happy to help and was easy to arrange a 10 minute catch up with colleagues ranging from all seniorities.
My managers were really helpful, allowing us to speak one on one daily despite there busy schedules. Providing constructive feedback allowing us to develop and learn.
Due to Covid-19 the circumstances were very different. However J.P.Morgan enabled us to be constantly engaging in work.
With the Covid-19 restrictions we were given responsibility with certain task.
The level of daily deliverables allowed my organisation skills to develop as well as the teamwork skills that were applied.
