    • Massively helpful and plenty of information for me to take on and will no doubt aid me in the future.

    • Everyone who spoke gave the impression they wanted us, and all the Grads couldn't recommend enough we apply and spoke very highly of the company.

    • The professional yet not intimidating made me feel very comfortable and happy to ask anyone a question.

    • I gained far more information than I could have hoped to recieve and I feel far more knoweldgable and informed on the company and the Real Estate sector.

  • 5. How well structured was the virtual experience?

    • I felt it was very well organised, everything was on time and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] had made it well worth everyone's time. The only thing that would have made it better was if they could have made it longer but I understand it wouldn't have been possible.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your virtual experience?

    • It is very hard to provide an atmosphere online but having everyone being able to see everyone made it far more immersive. Also having all the speakers there visually gave a more personal feel.

    • Very hard to gain skills in a day but the knowledge I gained was hugely helpful.

    • The process of being a graduate surveyor in the company was very explained and visualised thoroughly.

    • The company culture was reiterated throughout all the talks and made very clear.

    • I have a much better idea of which path I want to take but I am still not 100% certain and clear on some of the differences.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • There would have been for travel if it was in person.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • The employees i did meet I added on linkedin and was able to get contact with, however there wasn't a list of emails I could email which would have been helpful.

    • It was very hard to network when it was virtual but I was able to talk to a member of each department that spoke.

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?

    • We were given a very good idea of the different opportunities for graduates and the societies and social events on offer.

  • 15. Would you recommend this virtual experience to a friend?

    • Hugely helpful and insightful. I just wish we were able to the do the original week as I feel this would have been far more valuable in terms of experience, but we understand the circumstances.
