Spring Intern Review

The insight week was very exciting and provided many opportunities to learn about the company and the industry.

Everybody at the firm was friendly and helpful, and interns felt valued at all times.

We received a lot of guidance from mentors and junior as well as senior bankers. We had many opportunities to ask all sorts of questions and interact with individuals from different areas of the business.

The insight was extremely useful in the decision of my preferred career path going forward. It gave a good fundamental understanding of the industry.

The insight was very well-structured. The schedule was challenging, but not overly so and included enough breaks.

The atmosphere was excellent. Everybody was very helpful and supportive, and participating in the insight was great fun.

The company truly cared about our personal development and made sure we had many opportunities to learn about financial services, investment banking, and the firm itself.

The insight helped us understand what it would be like to work at the company. However, we were not introduced to many typical day-to-day tasks that would await us when joining the firm full-time (also due to the short nature of the programme).

We got an excellent idea of the firm's heritage and culture.

The content surely helped me decide on my future career path.

No expenses occurred due to the programme being virtual.

Albeit the programme being virtual due to COVID-19, we had a lot of exposure to different groups inside the firms and many networking opportunities.

The networking opportunities were all great fun and very insightful.

We found out a lot about activities that employees of the firm engage in.

I would absolutely recommend the insight to my friends. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn about the industry and the firm and to network with interesting and like-minded individuals.
