About You
The experience was incredible. I felt stimulated throughout the whole thing and learned more than I thought possible through an online experience. Citi looked after everyone exceptionally well and it was super rewarding overall.
I felt extremely valued, many people checked up on me at multiple times during the day and I never felt alone in even though the experience was remote.
I received a lot of guidance and support from everyone in the team and the firm as a whole.
Citi took the time to organise loads of training courses and sessions with people all across the firm. This left me feeling like I learnt a lot about both the firm and the industry and it was very enriching.
The Company
Extremely well organised.
Although it was virtual there was a strong community spirit and we all interacted via Zoom and managed to create a warm team spirit remotely.
