  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the virtual experience?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a lot of support from my line manager and team. The Early Careers team provided us with ample opportunity to mix and get to know with other interns (this was especially important as the internship was remote due to Covid 19)

  • We received training every week - the company invested a lot in our personal development.

  • I got invaluable insight into the work of the FCA. My line manager organised chats with people from different departments in the firm. I was also assigned a 'Graduate Buddy' who explained what the graduate scheme was like.

  • We had 'lunch and learns' where we learned more about the company and the culture.
