  • Unbelievable guidance throughout the whole year. My line manager couldnt have looked out for me anymore.

  • Jam packed everyday whether it be at my desk or. out the office, you are always busy.

  • I was treated as a Director throughout the year and carried out tasks i would never imagine a placement student could do.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I developed an immense amount of transferrable skills that will for sure benefit me in the future. E.g. client relationship management, communication on the phone, mind-set etc

  • Hardworking, professional but fun and everyone is keen to help and get involved.

  • Very well organised. I had an APC adviser, frequent CPD sessions and HR were great.

  • A massive amount. My boss wanted me to perform at my best, so wasn't afraid to tell me when I was wrong. I appreciated this a great deal.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • I would love to work at Savills. The grad scheme seems like a great place to start, getting familiar with various departments and how they operate. I would love the opportunity to work abroad for 4 months during the grad scheme as I would like to learn more about other cultures and individuals who work for Savills across the globe.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Frequent networking events with graduates and external professionals as well as having team drinks often. This allowed me to form some amazing relationships.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Quite expensive in terms of lunch and general day to day spending, but I lived at home, so cheaper than others renting.

  • Savills 5 a side football every Wednesday evening.
