  • Poor structure, with too many meetings and little space for work.

  • Numerous training resources provided. The online course was long, but covered many important topics.

  • Many sessions focused on the company history and culture, as well as senior speaker events aided in this sense.

  • The content was relevant in understanding what a career in Asset Management involves, however, I did not find the content particularly useful in developing my investment skills.

  • Numerous, but had to organise part of them myself.
