Insight Weeker Review

I really enjoyed the insight week, it was a super interactive and playful learning experience. The TL and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] did a wonderful job organizing this event online and making sure that everyone can ask questions and gets heard. I also really enjoyed listening to Bloomberg professionals about their journey and their tasks within their departments. It was super informative and insightful gaining deeper knowledge about the company.

I really felt valued, I felt that my questions were heard and I also got feedback on my questions that they were good ones. I also felt valued from my project team for my ideas and work.

The TL were also super supportive during our project time and during the Q&A sessions

I really feel that I developed a broader set of knowledge about the markets and tools on Terminal, as well as on the departments at Bloomberg and also the Assets.

The insight week was super well structured, 10h passed by really quickly and we had a lot of interactive sessions.

The atmosphere was super open and easy going, I loved that we could ask so many questions to Bloomberg professionals and my peers also made this experience super interactive

It helped me a lot to know more about the company and the people working for the company. I now know that my decision was definitely right from the beginning and also how it would be having a full time role in any of the departments presented. The employees and managers gave a very broad insight about their roles and day to day tasks.

It helped me to understand the company culture even better. The research I have done before applying to Bloomberg was already amazing, but now I know that Bloomberg really lives and briefs about its values and provides so many opportunities to their employees to really live the company culture

It was super valuable, I really enjoyed the insight week and what we learned, it helped me to realise that I am ready for this opportunity and super motivated to also start my journey at Bloomberg

There were a lot of opportunities getting to know interns, former insight seekers and current full time employees. Also everyone was super kind and open to catch up either on LinkedIn or IB chat, which is a great chance and opportunity to ask more questions and getting to know people.

The team building activity was super playful and interactive, I really liked having a team and playing games and compete against our peers, was also a very nice activity to getting to know more peers.

Yes we found out about a lot of activities that Bloomberg is offering with BoB and the philanthropy session.

I definitely will recommend the insight week of Bloomberg, to anyone who is interested in technology, information and the financial industry
