  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I have enjoyed it to a great extent. I was doing trainee level work and was given plenty of support by trainees and associates. Even though it was a short scheme, I still learnt a lot.

    • I feel valued and respected as their colleagues.

    • A great amount of support and was given feedback at the end of each day on my work.

    • It's very practical and not something you can learn at universities.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It was very structured, we had a few social events at the start of the scheme to get used with the technological aspect and it made sure that we are comfortable with working remotely before the scheme started .

    • The firm introduced the tasks and I can ask them questions about it whenever I want.

    • We were given plenty of talks about the firm's value and the training contract.
