The Role
I really enjoyed the internship. We were given a very interesting project with a team full of helpful engineers and staff. Throughout the internship, I learned so much through the various meetings, tech sessions and talking to senior engineers.
My colleagues really appreciated the work I did and praised us for our work.
My manager / supervisor and buddies were constantly in touch to check on how I was doing and if I needed any help.
It really depends on the project / team you are assigned. But in my case, I really wanted to get our project completed at a high quality so I was constantly busy to make this happen.
I was given full responsibility and flexibility over the scope and design of the project.
The skills I learned from this experience is truly valuable and I was able to develop my expertise in various technologies that would really help me in not only my degree studies but also as a developer in the future.
