About You
Really well constructed and delivered, especially given it was their first year of online delivery.
Group work helped get to know people and add a personal element.
Lots of time to address and questions, all the members of staff were really welcoming and supportive.
Really good at enhancing skills and helping us to reflect on the process of doing so.
The Company
Although the two days were quite full on, all the information was helpful and thoughtfully put together.
Staff were regularly checking everyone was ok and were making lots of effort to facilitate a really good environment.
Took interest in everyone and their plans for career progression
Really useful insight but online is not the same as in person (however this was not the fault of Teach First)
