About You
It was genuinely enjoyable and very enriching, and I would recommend anyone interested in banking and its different functions to apply for the programme.
A lot of time and effort was invested in every intern, which was truly impressive and made me feel how much the company values its employees - even at the very early stages - and their development.
There was a lot of guidance at every stage of the experience, including communication with the HRs, buddy initiative, and numerous interactive panels.
The panels and presentations allowed me to deepen my knowledge regarding the industry and boosted my confidence in that this is the realm where I want to keep building up my career. In addition, the individual project allowed me to gain a better understanding of the division I selected and of the global markets.
The Company
The programme was very enriching and well-structured. It represented a perfect balance between interactive sessions, panels, learning and working on the project, as well as the ability to ask questions and receive feedback.
The atmosphere was genuinely inclusive, supportive, and encouraging. I found the experience very inspiring and empowering.
The firm invested an impressive amount of time and resources into adjusting to the new conditions and setting up this exciting programme.
Yes, definitely, especially through the devision specific panel and communication with the buddy.
The experience was truly reflective of the inclusive, inspiring, and encouraging culture of the firm.
The content was very valuable, as it not only provided me with a deeper understanding of the role I was interested in, but also reflected the spirit and culture of working within the industry, and the firm specifically.
Everything Else
All the interns very paid a specified amount after the internship.
Yes, through the panels, interactive sessions, communication with buddy, and also the opportunities to reach/be referred to some employees working in the divisions of interest.
They were very well organised allowing for meaningful interactions despite the virtual format.
Yes, these were discussed during different session, and it was emphasised that employees are strongly encouraged to join these to build a sense of community.
Definitely! I would recommend anyone with a genuine interest in banking to apply for the programme.
