About You
I enjoyed the insight programme to a very large extent, as it provided depth to understanding the culture and the different divisions of interest within the firm.
To a very large extent, as we had the opportunity to share our opinions freely and that they are taken into considerations with feedback given.
We have received much support from the staff in terms of the agenda as well as anything that we stumbled across during the insight programme.
To a very large extent, especially the presentation skills and to learn how to present yourself in front of clients, are immensely helpful for future.
The Company
I think the insight programme is really well structured, with a lot of valuable content within the limited framework.
Atmosphere was great, as everyone is so friendly and welcoming!
I think the company has invested a lot by introducing external education provider to teach us valuable skills that will be immensely helpful for our future career.
To a very large extent, as we had panel discussion sessions with current analyst of day to day jobs. Also, we were briefed on the overall structure of the company and the divisions we have immense interest in. The content discussed were very relevant and helped us understand what it would be like in a full time role.
Very much, as we also had a well being talk about the culture and events organized at DB. Overall, I really enjoyed the insight!
The content has allowed me to develop immense understanding of the bank and the work life there. It helps me narrow down my choice of career path.
Everything Else
Yes, we have buddy calls and weekly calls to allow us to network with current employees and maintain long term contact and relationship, which coincides with the values of DB of maintaining good and long term relationship with clients.
Since the event was virtual, much effort has been spent on discussing about the bank, its culture and the different divisions. As such, while there is some networking involved, the fact that it is virtual limits the potential of networking available.
Yes, like charity events and yoga classes organized by the company.
Absolutely! It was really insightful!
