The Role
I enjoyed the work because it is very varied, you will be doing different things week by week.
I always felt like I was valued by my colleagues and was treated as a full time employee not an intern.
My mentor gave me support throughout the internship and always gave me work to do or help with.
Some days could be a lot busier than others.
I was treated like a full time employee not an intern.
I will definitely use the skills in the future
The Company
The office was quiet a lot of the time as a lot of people work from home.
I feel there wasn't much structure to the internship and it was a lot of finding work to do yourself if you didn't have anything on.
There were a lot of personal development intern training sessions run, for example we had a session diving into our personality types and one on inner confidence and self belief.

Working from home
The process for graduate hiring hasn't started yet but the future employment prospects are good.
The Culture
There is a large cohort of early in career so it is a very sociable environment
Rent in student houses in Reading usually starts from £400+ a month and going out isn't more expensive than anywhere else.
The nightlife in Reading is ok, there's different clubs and something on almost every night but the best one is the SU on the university campus
There were some opportunities, for example there is a football club you can join. You also get some volunteering days you can take.
