  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My supervisor has offered support in my work & personal endeavors. has offered a sense of stability and as a voice of reason on which I relied. I was allocated tasks and progress of my work place development was tracked through development matrices and catch-up meetings.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • This placement has offered a fundamental understanding of process work, and an abundance of soft skills some being working in a team, interdepartmental work, assertiveness and the most important one which I feel will benefit me the most being emotional intelligence. Which means the ability to effectively communicate with others, conveying information and interpreting them. I have also worked with a variety of software's/hardware which I can apply to my own studies.
