Spring Insight Program
I very much enjoyed the Spring Insight Program. It was very useful, dynamic and informative. Credit Suisse has put a great effort in creating a fantastic virtual spring week
I believe it was very difficult to keep with all interns comments, questions given that it was online and sometimes they were accumulated but generally a lot of the comments were answered and trusted us in doing all the activities from home
Absolute guidance. It was all very well explained, if any time someone had a problem there was always someone to help. Excellent guidance and support
Very much. I am doing a Master in Management and I am currently doing subjects such as Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking. So all the things explained are going to be very useful and also served me to see how is the job in real life, not just theoretically
I liked the structure. First getting general knowledge about Credit Suisse and the industry and then one day to each division.
Very friendly atmosphere. I am sure that face to face would have been even better but we were able to help each other through social networks. Just the first day the interns did a Zoom reunion in order to meet each other. It could not have been better.
As for the current situation the Spring Insight Program has been held online, it was more difficult to personalize anything. Also it is a first step before emerging more into the company so, I believe that not more training was needed.
A lot! Thanks to both the Amplify IPO and the Amplify Trading Simulation I have been able to put myself in the position of a Credit Suisse employee. These experiences had been on the one hand, intense and challenging but at the same time fun and exciting.
the senior employees talk , the networking session and the recruiting session have been extremely interesting and useful in order to get a better understanding of Credit Suisse’s culture
I started the Spring Insight Program almost certainly knowing which division I would like to work in. But all the thins explained by employees of the firm in the different divisions and teams has helped better understand what they do, what are the required skills and reinforced my decision on my future career path
It was online so obviously we were not paid
From the fact of being online it was a little bit more difficult to network with employees. But there was a full activity addressed for this and I am confident that in real life it must have been amazing.
Yes during the first day some senior employee members explained us their backgrounds, their positions in the firm and talked about the possibilities of doing activities with other peers outside the office
Definitely! Especially if they are doubting between IBCM and Global Markets. It has been a very useful and informative program
