  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight day was really enjoyable as we had the opportunity to speak with different employees from different levels, and listening to their experiences, as well as ask questions that we had.

    • Everyone from MUFG was really friendly and polite, which made me feel really well welcomed and appreciated as a candidate.

    • During the session, it was explained the programmes offered by MUFG, how is to work at MUFG, and the support that the organisation gives to its employees. We also have the opportunity to speak with new graduates, which helped a lot to understand better the programmes.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • As a final year student, with previous work experience or without, it is essential to be humble and listen to the advice from people with more experience in the industry. It is important to understand their advice and consider it. That can positively impact you and completely change the way that you see the workplace from now on.

    • The insight day had an excellent structured which allowed the candidates to get an inside about the company, and it was possible to notice that everything was well planned and organised in advance.
