  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • At the beginning when I was learning the role, I was occupied with training and meetings which helped me gain a deep insight about my role. Eventually, when I started doing the internship independently, I started managing my time and tasks well.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • My responsibilities have grown alongside the company. While I am being supervised and mentored at all times, my manager has always shown confidence and trust while delegating me with new and challenging responsibilities.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • As a major part of my internship involved planning and organising, I have been imparted with certain life skills such as decision making and working in a team. This would help me tremendously while pursuing my future studies and in my personal life.

The organisation made themselves self-available at all times, were proactive in identifying my needs and were well prepared.
