About You
Had a good time, the trading exercise was good too as well as the environment everyone was friendly.
Felt like the firm values their employees and cares about their progression and not just rushing them to learn everything quickly.
had people to guide us the whole day although it wasn't really necessary.
Helped me decide if i was interested in a career in finance/investment, and what to do during interviews to stand out.
The Company
very well structured however the food was not filling. The whole day we have a few biscuits and finger sandwiches which resulted in me getting a migraine.

Had a panel of recent graduates working there which was helpful as they talked about their experiences.
Helped me understand very well however i wish they would have not ignored the current news about the company.
Very valuable the trading exercise gave me an insight of the field as well as the many speakers and panellists that were talking to us helped me greatly.

the room was very small for the few hundred people there, and finding the employees that we were meant to be networking with was very hard. Also we were given a list of all the employees that were meant to be at the networking event however most of them did not turn up and i know a few i waned to meet that came for a few minutes then left.
