    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Was a very interesting placement, it was different from what was expected in a good way. There were many experiences that I feel were exclusive to a placement in recruitment that were valuable.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Nothing was too much of an ask, the managers are there for a reason and are always happy to help.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • The initial training was beneficial but I feel as though a 6 month refresher/more advanced training would enhance the process

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • It varies on a daily basis dependent on the roles you’ve booked but I was busy 80% of the time when given my own desk

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • As a resourcer there isn’t must responsibility but when you transition to a trainee consultant the difference is huge

    4/5

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The confidence, professionalism and working skills are ones that will assist me in life but I wouldn’t necessarily say they’ll help me with my degree

    4/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Always fun, friendly and warm!

    5/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • Again, it would’ve benefited from a 6month updated training scheme to adapt to the new role most of us undertook

    4/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The informal training made the biggest impact e.g. everyday learning from colleagues as you go.
